CFPro Ventures invited to Judge at New Civil Engineer’s Festival of Innovation and Technology

Hardy Giesler, co-founder of CFPro Ventures, has been invited to take part in the judging panel for the 2018 edition of New Civil Engineer’s Festival of Innovation and Technology.

Running for its second year, TechFest attracts civil engineers who are technology and innovation-hungry and showcases the best innovations and technologies that drive our industries, and economies, forward to help civil engineers deliver better, outcome-focused solutions that have a direct impact on our society.

This year’s event takes place in London on Wednesday 19 September and combines a huge variety of ways to get involved, learn, discover and interact through Keynote talks and discussions, cafes, start-up sessions, graduate challenges, networking and more.

And one key feature of this event is the live judging of candidates who have created some of the best solutions within the civil engineering space.

CFPro Ventures is proud to have been invited to sit on the judges panel to adjudicate some of these creations. The judging panel is made up of business leaders who represent clients, consulting engineers and contractors, and because of Hardy’s vast experience in this industry, he has been selected by the New Civil Engineer team to take his rightful place around the judges’ table.

Hardy has helped organisations around the world, and across industry, understand and deliver growth. He has turned distressed companies around and has grown profit margins. He has worked with industry greats like the London Underground, Energis Communications and Anglo American and understands the challenges that most new civil engineers face when looking to commercialise an idea and grow that idea into a profitable and successful business, for the long run.
